The location of the hotel is amazing, with easy access from the main road. the property is spread over a large area, providing a feeling of relaxation and seclusion. the spacious and clean rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including a tea maker, a mini fridge, and a DVD player. the buffet breakfast provides a variety of options and the staff's service is commendable.
The slippery floor in the swimming pool area was a cause of concern, and the broken window chicks in some rooms could affect the overall experience.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was easily accessible and the hotel itself was spread across a large area, providing a sense of tranquility. The dining area offered a beautiful view of a small river, creating a charming hill station ambiance. The rooms were incredibly spacious, perfect for my family of four. We booked two deluxe rooms, one of which accommodated three adults comfortably. The bathrooms were also spacious and clean. The hotel provided amenities such as a tea maker, mini fridge, and a set of toiletries, ensuring enhanced comfort. I particularly enjoyed the variety of food options available. The dining area was huge and airy, offering both buffet and a la carte options. The buffet breakfast included a range of dishes, and for lunch and dinner, they served a delicious selection of paneer, veg, dal, non-veg. The staff was helpful and the service was efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing.
I would highly recommend this luxurious hotel to everyone!

What a wonderful experience! The property had a beautiful natural atmosphere, which was perfect for our city escape. The food was simply delicious, with a remarkable collection of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms and the friendly staff, who were attentive to our requests. , the location was ideal for exploring the scenic surroundings, and it felt very safe and secure.
We did notice some minor service issues. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the TV had some connectivity problems.

The food served was delicious and well-prepared. The location was also great as it was surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful and relaxing environment. Additionally, the room sizes were spacious and could cater to large groups.
The negative points outweighed the positive aspects. The staff was not very welcoming and had a rude attitude towards guests. The facilities were not up to standard with broken window shades and poorly maintained bathrooms. The checkout process was also a hassle, as the staff constantly pressured guests to leave even though there were only a few guests present. I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor service and facilities.
